Overview	We are currently recruiting SIA-licensed professionals to join both our security and response teams. As a crucial member of our team, your role will involve patrolling venue premises, responding promptly and professionally to onsite incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. You will primarily be stationed at the iconic Alexandra Palace, a prestigious and versatile events venue in North London. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work across various client venues and sites throughout London.

Purpose of Role	We are currently recruiting SIA-licensed professionals to join both our security and response teams. As a crucial member of our team, your role will involve patrolling venue premises, responding promptly and professionally to onsite incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. You will primarily be stationed at the iconic Alexandra Palace, a prestigious and versatile events venue in North London. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work across various client venues and sites throughout London.
Duties & Key Responsibilities	Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Respond swiftly to incidents within the venue, ensuring all matters are handled in accordance with SES procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date duty logs and records. Serve as a point of contact and information center for the public. Conduct regular patrols of the venue, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect premises, and manage access/egress points as needed. Support onsite management teams as required. Adhere to all SES Group and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist and escort visitors within the client’s complex when necessary. Perform security searches and follow the HOT procedure for unattended items. Support crowd control management and handle disruptions effectively. Identify and report individuals engaging in anti-social behavior, following the company’s reporting procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience	Ability to work well under pressure, particularly during live incidents. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficient use of radios. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrates integrity in interactions with colleagues, customers, and staff. Capable of performing patrols over long distances and extended periods.
Key Competencies	If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer services and safety, we want to hear from you. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a 5-year checkable history in accordance with BS7858 standards.
Qualifications	Valid SIA Door Supervisor License. Customer service experience (preferred but not essential). Action Counter Terrorism (ACT) training provided. £13.15 per hour for Security Officers. £14.00 per hour for Response Team members
