A lady experiencing breathing difficulties after a panic attack was swiftly attended to by our Response Teams and Station Medical Teams. Despite facing a prolonged wait time for an ambulance, our team went above and beyond, offering to escort her to UCLH. The positive impact of their actions was truly heart-warming.

The heartfelt appreciation from the lady was evident when she returned to the station with flowers and chocolates for the team.
