Security & Crowd Management for Ride London 2018
The SES Group provided Event Management and Security Services for Ride London 2018
On 28 and 29 July, the annual Ride London took place as over 27,000 riders took to the roads of London to complete many differing routes.
The SES Group were on hand again to provide a range of security and crowd management services. The SES Group received special praise from Event Management as follows:
“Thank you to you and your teams for all your very hard work at Ride London. I know it was a very testing day but you all pulled out the stops to make it a successful event in very difficult weather. We all know it is a tough one when the weather is like that, so in the rain and win it makes it very tough.
We hope you have all dried out and warmed up. Please pass our thanks to your teams – we do not take what you do for granted.
We managed to get 27000+ riders round the route and home plus we raised several million pounds for charity”
The SES Group would also like to send our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Nigel Buchan-Swanson who tragically suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away during the event.
