THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2014

The SES Group joined a range of other security companies in Glasgow helping to make the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games a resounding success. On the back of their major event pedigree the SES Group made Glasgow their home for ten days whilst they secured both off and on road events in Scotland’s second city.

Housing their staff on a purpose built campsite outside of the city, the SES Group management team worked with a range of contractors to provide the Games with high quality staff to support all of their activities.

Their portfolio was diverse including two marathons, cycling road races and mountain biking but in their own inimitable way they secured and crowd managed the event to a high standard. Working at such a large event is not easy and the logistics are often difficult to manage but the SES team attacked this task with relish to ensure that the crowds were safe and the event went off without a hitch.
