Tour de Yorkshire (Stage 1 finish)
The SES Group has a vast amount of experience with cycling events over the years. Including the tour of Britain, the road races at the Glasgow Commonwealth games and The Tour de France. Our latest cycle event was the Tour de Yorkshire Stage 1 finish.
The Tour de Yorkshire Stage 1 runs from April 29th and covers 185km. It takes the riders from Beverley to Settle and is widely billed as a sprinters’ stage. With lots of home riders looking to do well and make a name for themselves and a series of climbs before the finish.
This stage takes in part of the 2014 Tour de France Grand Départ route which saw the crowds out in their masses lining the roads. The SES Group worked with
Craven District Council and had a number of staff along the 185km route.
