Overview | We have an exciting opportunity for DS and SG Licence holders to join our railway teams working at London Euston. We are looking for customer service oriented security professionals to support our operations at this mainline station within London. The role is based on working on 4 on 4 off shift pattern working either 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00 and you will be required to carry out regular patrols. In addition to your base pay rate, you will accrue annual leave for every hour worked, be enrolled onto the SES pension scheme (optional) and have access to our bespoke LMS system to support your professional development. All PPE provided. |

Purpose of Role | The post holder will be expected to support their team and the business in achieving the SES Values in their day-to-day work by being: Professional in approach, Proactive and innovative, Proud of our client services, Putting the safety of the public first and Promoting and growing our business and personnel. The job role also includes acting as an ambassador for the SES Group ensure the professional standards are met and all policies and procedures are followed accordingly. The Security Officer role at the SES Group requires individuals that can maintain safe and secure environments for client’s premises; install excellent verbal and written communications; wear smart and well-presented attire at all times and install excellent patrolling and monitoring of premises and ensuring they are a valued ambassador for not only the SES Group but the client of which premise they are assigned to. Part of the role will require supporting the management team within a highly prestigious contract by providing an excellent security and customer service experience to passengers and visitors at various stations throughout London, striving to exceed expectations. The role as a Security Officer will be to help and provide customers and employees with a safe comfortable and pleasant experience. This role will require the officer to undertake patrols of client premises, this will vary in the form of patrol depending on the location. The role will require a fair amount of walking and visual checking of designated areas. |
