Railway Response Officers

SES Group Railway Response Officers have been unwavering in their commitment to safeguarding passengers during a challenging couple of months marked by protests at multiple railway stations across the country. Our dedicated teams have worked tirelessly, in close collaboration with station management and local authorities, to create a safe environment for protesters and passengers. This collaborative approach is aimed to strike a balance between upholding the right to peaceful protest and ensuring minimal disruption to the travelling public. Last week, SES Group were deployed to Alexandra Palace with the objective of ensuring public safety during the 30th edition of the Mosconi Cup. SES Group are thrilled to share that we have delivered one of the biggest winter bashes at the iconic O2 Arena – the Capital Jingle Bell Ball. Positive Impact at Euston Station

A recent incident at Euston Station highlighted the compassion and dedication of our Response Team and the Station Medical Team. A lady experiencing breathing difficulties after a panic attack was swiftly attended to by our Response Teams and Station Medical Teams. Despite facing a prolonged wait time for an ambulance, our team went above and beyond, offering to escort her to UCLH. The positive impact of their actions was truly heart-warming.
