The SES Group Employee Forum is an avenue to gain information that ultimately leads to business evolution and employee satisfaction. It is recognised that front line employees often have the most experience with, and information about, company policies and systems, therefore their views and opinions need to be captured for the company to evolve and improve.
This will hopefully also lead to employee satisfaction due to feeling valued and having systems that work for them. The SES Group Employee Forum will also help to improve rapport between employers and employees and improve brand reputation.
Nominated employee representatives from across the business will meet to discuss issues raised by their peers and colleagues. With representatives from the Senior Management team hosting the arranged meetings, this demonstrates the SES Group take all issues seriously and are on hand to listen and answer questions around issues that arise.
Employee forums are extremely beneficial increasing trust and communication between employees and employers, improve brand reputation and help the business evolve and stay competitive within our industry.

Creativity is the mental and social process used to generate ideas, concepts and associations that lead to the exploitation of new ideas. Or to put it simply: Innovation.
Through the SES Group Innovation Workshops employees across the business are encouraged to participate in this creative process.
During the workshops, employees are tasked with exploring new approaches to existing service delivery solutions, or proposing new business streams that the group could participate within. This creative insight is the direct result of the diversity of the team working with the SES Group- specifically, individuals who possess different attributes and perspectives.
The SES innovation workshops will be held at various venues across the UK twice a year, inviting all employees to attend, promoting an open exchange of ideas at all levels.
Dates of our Innovation Workshops will be announced soon; in the meantime, for information about how to become involved please email enquiries@thesesgroup.co.uk
